Around your closing date

Move-In and Move-Out Carpet Cleaning

Scheduled around your closing or your lease end date, with a receipt you can hand to the landlord or the buyer.

Carpet Is Where Move-Out Inspections Get Decided

A lease that requires professional cleaning needs a receipt, a buyer walking through an empty house sees the carpet before anything else, and an empty room hides nothing.

We clean empty units fast because there is no furniture to work around, and we schedule on the date you need rather than the date that suits us.

What you get

Everything the Lease or the Agent Asks For

  • All carpeted areas

Including closets and stairs, not just the open floor.

  • Spot treatment

On whatever the previous occupant left behind.

  • An itemized receipt

With the date and the service address, which is what gets asked for.

  • Repair and stretching on the same visit

If the inspection flagged ripples or a damaged seam.

Worth knowing before you book

Cleaning Will Not Hide a Ripple

If the unit has ripples or a lifted seam, cleaning will not hide it and the inspection will flag it. A stretch on the same visit costs far less than a deposit deduction for carpet damage. Ask us to look at it while we are there.

Move-Out Cleaning FAQ

How fast can you come out?

Usually within a few days, and we do our best on same-week requests for turnovers.

Do you do more than clean carpet?

Yes, and that is the difference. We clean, repair, stretch and install carpet, so when the problem turns out to be a ripple or a split seam you are not sent to another company.

Do you work weekends?

Yes. Saturdays are our busiest day for move-outs.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. Call or text (720) 630-9983, or send a photo, and we will tell you what the carpet needs and what it will cost before anyone comes out.

Do you provide a receipt for the landlord?

Yes, itemized, with the service address and date.

Which areas do you cover?

Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Northglenn, Thornton, Wheat Ridge and the surrounding north Denver metro. We are based at 8753 Yates Dr in Westminster.

Do you clean before a move-in as well?

Yes, and it is worth doing before the furniture arrives rather than after.

Can my carpet be saved, or do I need a new one?

Usually it can. A stretch fixes ripples, a patch fixes a burn or pet damage, and a deep clean brings back more color than people expect. We will tell you plainly when replacement really is the better call.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We serve customers in English and Spanish.

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays are our busiest day for move-outs.
