Why Arvada calls us
A City Built for Repair Work, Not Replacement
Arvada is where most of our carpet repair calls come from, and the reason is the housing. A large part of the city was built between the 1960s and the 1990s, which means carpet that has been down long enough to ripple, tack strip that has lost its grip, and seams in hallways that have finally split.
That is repair and stretching work, not replacement work. A room that has gone wavy after twenty years does not need new carpet. It needs a power stretcher and about two hours.

Older neighborhoods
Around Olde Town, Lake Arbor and Standley Lake the common calls are ripples, loose edges along walls, and split seams in doorways. Original tack strip from the 1970s often has to be replaced while we are stretching, and we carry it on the truck.
West Arvada
In Candelas, Leyden Rock and West Woods the carpet is newer, so the calls are cleaning, pet stains, and stretching in rooms where the builder’s installer never used a power stretcher. Rippling within three or four years is extremely common, and it is fixable work, not a defect you have to live with.
