Hot water extraction

Carpet Cleaning in Arvada, Westminster and Broomfield

Hot water extraction that reaches the backing, not just the surface, with a price quoted before we start.

Why Colorado is hard on carpet

Surface Vacuuming Does Not Reach Any of It

Carpet in Colorado takes a particular beating. Dry air pulls dust deep into the fibers, road sand comes in on shoes eight months of the year, and low humidity sets pet accidents fast.

We clean with truck-mounted hot water extraction, which flushes the fiber down to the backing and pulls the water back out. Because the air here is dry, carpet is usually walkable in a few hours rather than the day it takes at sea level.

What Cleaning Cannot Fix

Cleaning does not fix ripples, buckling, open seams, burns, or pet damage that reached the pad. If that is what you have, the honest answer is a repair or a stretch, and we do both.

We will tell you which one you need during the walkthrough instead of cleaning around the problem and leaving.

Carpet Cleaning FAQ

How long does carpet take to dry?

Usually four to six hours in Colorado’s dry air, faster with fans or a window cracked open.

Do you do more than clean carpet?

Yes, and that is the difference. We clean, repair, stretch and install carpet, so when the problem turns out to be a ripple or a split seam you are not sent to another company.

Do you move furniture?

We move what two people can move safely. Beds, dressers and sofas are fine. Pianos, aquariums and electronics stay where they are.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. Call or text (720) 630-9983, or send a photo, and we will tell you what the carpet needs and what it will cost before anyone comes out.

Will old stains come back?

Some will. When a spill soaks into the pad, it can wick back to the surface as the carpet dries. We will tell you upfront if a spot looks like a wicking risk.

Which areas do you cover?

Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Northglenn, Thornton, Wheat Ridge and the surrounding north Denver metro. We are based at 8753 Yates Dr in Westminster.

Do you clean commercial carpet?

Yes. Offices, clinics, churches and common areas, scheduled after hours or on weekends.

Can my carpet be saved, or do I need a new one?

Usually it can. A stretch fixes ripples, a patch fixes a burn or pet damage, and a deep clean brings back more color than people expect. We will tell you plainly when replacement really is the better call.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We serve customers in English and Spanish.

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays are our busiest day for move-outs.
