Labor only

Carpet Installation and Reinstallation

We install carpet you have already bought. You keep control of the material and the price, and you get an installer who does this every week.

We Do Not Sell Carpet. We Install It.

If you have bought carpet from a store, a warehouse or online, or you have carpet already in the house that needs to go back down, we do the labor: pad, tack strip, seams, stairs, transitions and cleanup.

Buying the material yourself and hiring the labor separately usually costs less than a package price from a retailer, and it means the person installing it is not a subcontractor the store assigned that morning.

What the job includes

From the Old Carpet Out to the Doors Trimmed

  • Old carpet and pad removed

    And hauled away.

  • Subfloor checked

Tack strip replaced where it has failed.

  • New pad laid and seamed

Before the carpet goes anywhere near it.

  • Carpet cut, seamed and power stretched

    Not just kicked into place.

  • Stairs, landings and transitions

    To tile, wood or vinyl.

  • Doors trimmed and the site left clean

Where the new height requires it.

Two jobs people do not expect us to take

Reinstallation and Stairs

Reinstallation after water damage

After a leak, carpet is often pulled up to dry and then left for someone else to put back. We handle that: new pad, carpet re-laid, re-stretched and re-seamed so it sits like it did before.

Stairs

Waterfall or upholstered, they take longer than a flat room and many crews rush them. We price stairs separately and honestly so there is no surprise.

Before you buy the carpet

Order About Ten Percent More Than the Room

That leaves material for seams and for future repairs. Keep the leftover piece: it is what lets us patch a burn in three years without hunting for a match.

Carpet Installation FAQ

Do you sell carpet?

No. We install carpet you purchased. We are happy to tell you what to look for and how much to order before you buy.

Do you do more than clean carpet?

Yes, and that is the difference. We clean, repair, stretch and install carpet, so when the problem turns out to be a ripple or a split seam you are not sent to another company.

Do you haul away the old carpet?

Yes, included.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. Call or text (720) 630-9983, or send a photo, and we will tell you what the carpet needs and what it will cost before anyone comes out.

How long does an installation take?

Most homes take one day. Large homes or stair-heavy jobs can run into a second.

Which areas do you cover?

Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Northglenn, Thornton, Wheat Ridge and the surrounding north Denver metro. We are based at 8753 Yates Dr in Westminster.

Do you install carpet tile in offices?

Yes.

Can my carpet be saved, or do I need a new one?

Usually it can. A stretch fixes ripples, a patch fixes a burn or pet damage, and a deep clean brings back more color than people expect. We will tell you plainly when replacement really is the better call.

Can you install pad only, or repair the subfloor?

We replace pad and tack strip and handle minor subfloor issues. Structural subfloor work is outside what we take on.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We serve customers in English and Spanish.

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays are our busiest day for move-outs.
